1. TO ENTER: Visit www.us99.com and enter your name, date of birth, complete street address, and daytime phone number on the contest page. You are also required to enter the code word, which can be found at AMP Energy displays at participating Ultra Foods and Strack and Van Til stores. To enter by mail, hand print your name, date of birth, complete street address, day time phone number, and the official code word on a piece of 3 x 5 inch paper. Mail completed entry to AMP Energy Tradin Paint Sweepstakes c/o WUSN Radio 2 Prudential Plaza, Suite 1000 Chicago, IL 60601. You can only enter once (either by mail or online) during the promotion. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. No responsibility is assumed by Pepsi-Cola Company ("Sponsor") for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries. On-line contest ends at 11:59 pm on July 8, 2009. All mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 8, 2009 and received no later than July 15, 2009.
2. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for two (2) to the 2009 AMP Energy 500 at Talladega on 11.1.09. Trip dates are October 31 – November 2, 2009, and includes roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) people (winner and one travel guest) from an airport near winner's home within the U.S. (airport, carrier and itinerary selected by Sponsor), one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights, two (2) grandstand tickets to the race and $250 spending cash. Selection of date, race and seating is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Est. retail value $2,590. Transportation and accommodations are subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, other restrictions may apply. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the prize winner and his or her travel guest. All travel must be taken on dates specified, no alternative travel dates available. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. If travel guest is a minor (under age of 18) minor must be accompanied on trip by minor's parent or legal guardian. Travel guest will also be required to sign and return a travel release before any travel occurs. Fifteen (15) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) AMP Energy #88 Die Cast Car. Estimated retail value $70. Fifteen (15) Second Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of Dale Jr. Race used car piece or tire piece in a display case with Dale Jr.’s signature). Estimated Retail Value $30. Fifteen (15) Third Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) AMP Energy Racing #88 wall clock. Estimated retail value $30.
3. DRAWING: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted on or about July 20, 2009 by WUSN Radio whose decisions shall be final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the Chicagoland listening area who are 18 years of age or older as of June 4, 2009. Employees of PepsiAmericas, Inc, PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company, its bottlers, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies (collectively, "Sponsor and Promotion Parties) and immediate family members of such employees and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to win. Limit one prize per name, address and/or household.
5. GENERAL: No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Mail received without a verifiable and legible return address may not be accepted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Prize winner will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes; if applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize retail value. No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to its members. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges that shall be final and binding.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential prize winners will be notified by mail. Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of the date on the notification letter. If any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, or if mail is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. If a telephone notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours or winner is unable to travel by the deadline specified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining entries. Travel guest[s] of winner may also be required to sign and return a travel release before prize is awarded. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. If applicable, allow five to eight weeks for delivery of prizes following completion of notification process. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within IL, IN and WI.
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release Ultra Foods, Strack and VanTil, WUSN, Hendrick Motorsports, LLC, JR Motorsports, LLC and Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Sponsor and its Promotion Parties from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and/or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or in the announcement or offering of any prize. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize. Winner bears all risk of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes if it is tampered with or corrupted in any manner and, in the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded via a random drawing to be conducted from all eligible entries received as of the date of cancellation. Upon request, winners must consent (and confirm such consent in writing) to the use of their name, voice, picture or other likeness in any without compensation for promotional purposes in all media as determined by Sponsor, except where prohibited by law.
