Deena is a proud product of Honey Grove, Texas. She got her first job in radio at the age of 17 in Paris...Texas. After working the evening shift there for a couple of years, Deena packed up and moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas where she received her degree in 2000.
She’s been on the air at top stations in Austin, Nashville and Washington, DC. Deena lives in Elmhurst with her new husband Mike. She enjoys spending time with her Jack Russell Terrier, Big Tex, and (like every good Texas girl) she loves George Strait.
