Mark “D.” Dannels was born December 6, 1978 in Richmond, VA and moved to Indianapolis, IN at the age of 1. Mark moved to Chicago in the spring of 2002 to pursue his career in radio.

He's hosted “Late Night” Friday and Saturday nights at US99.5 since the spring of 2003, while also bartending at Guthrie's Tavern in Wrigleyville (Go Cubbies!). He started working in Chicago radio for the Kevin Matthews Show and hasn’t looked back! “Radio is it for me!”

Mark lives right here in the city and loves it. His favorite pastimes include attending concerts and experiencing all this great city has to offer.
